Arrive. Explore. Land. is a quiet personal practice — three movements chosen from the library, available any time, no equipment needed. You don't need to be fit, warmed up, or motivated for a full workout. You just need five minutes.
Calm, grounding. Settle into your body before anything else.

The Puppet
Curious, playful. Discover what your body can do.
Land
Wing Breath
Grounding. Come back to yourself before moving on.
What it is
Not a workout. A moment for yourself.
Each session gives you three movements — one to arrive, one to explore, one to land. The first and last are calm and grounding. The middle one has a little more energy. Together they take about five minutes.
The movements are drawn from a library of exercises designed to be done anywhere, without equipment, in your everyday clothes. Some are meditative. Some are a little playful. All of them are designed to make you feel more like yourself.
The three movements
First
Arrive
A gentle movement to bring you into your body. Before you do anything else, you arrive — in the room, in yourself, in this moment.
Grounding
Second
Explore
Something with a little more energy — playful, curious, or simply more awake. This is the movement that surprises you.
Energising
Third
Land
A quiet movement to close. Not a cool-down — more like a breath before you return to whatever comes next.
Calming
When and where
Designed to fit into everyday life.
At home, at work, travelling, or wherever the day takes you.
At home before the day starts
Between meetings, in your office clothes
After work, to decompress before the evening
With the kids in the living room
Travelling — in a hotel room, at an airport
Whenever you feel like adding a little movement to your day
This practice is still being shaped.
If you try it, I'd genuinely love to hear what you think. What landed well. What felt off. What you wished were different. Every bit of feedback helps make it better.
Also curious about the team practice?Move.Play.Connect also brings short movement moments into the working day — led by a colleague, done together, two minutes at a time. No equipment, no fitness experience needed.
